Responsibilities :

1. Conceptualization and Design :

– Lead the conceptualization and creation of visually stunning and intuitive website designs.

– Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging design concepts.

– Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate cutting-edge design elements into projects.

2. User Experience (UX) Design :

– Develop user-centric design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

– Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to make informed design decisions.

– Collaborate with the UX team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

3. Collaboration :

– Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers.

– Communicate design concepts effectively and provide design rationale to team members and stakeholders.

– Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions on design strategy and implementation.

4. Responsive Design:

– Create responsive designs that deliver a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.

– Ensure that web designs are compatible with different browsers and platforms.

5. Brand Consistency :

– Maintain brand consistency across all web properties, adhering to established brand guidelines.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.

6. Quality Assurance :

– Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on designs to ensure accuracy and functionality.

– Address and resolve design-related issues during development and testing phases.

7. Continuous Improvement :

– Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.

– Proactively seek opportunities for process improvement and share insights with the team.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience :

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in web design.

– Proven portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects.

Skills :

– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).

– Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.

– Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Additional Requirements :

– Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, PHP, Angular).

– Knowledge of SEO best practices.

– Experience with e-commerce design is a plus.
