    The client is a leading name in the fashion retail space. They have over 20 outlets in the country with a massive presence online across D2C and e-commerce platforms.

    Job Description

  • Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the graphic design team, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the brand’s visual identity is effectively integrated into marketing campaigns, product designs, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Define and execute design strategies that enhance the brand’s market positioning, target audience engagement, and overall brand experience.
  • Stay informed about design trends, cultural shifts, and industry best practices to continuously evolve the brand’s design approach.
  • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative creative environment.
  • Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Conceptualise and oversee the development of visually compelling designs for a wide range of projects, including digital media, print collateral, merchandise, packaging, and more.
  • Maintain high standards of design quality, ensuring all outputs meet or exceed brand expectations and industry standards.
  • Manage design budgets, resources, and external vendor relationships efficiently and effectively.
  • The Successful Applicant

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in industry-standard design tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of pop culture trends, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand objectives into effective design solutions.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring design teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in a senior graphic design leadership role, preferably within a pop culture, entertainment, or lifestyle brand
