INBOUND TECH SUPPORT VOICE PROCESS
Job Role: Attending Inbound calls from customers regarding printers,routers,e mails etc.. Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..
Candidate s profile;
Must have dialled in International Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months.
Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.
Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
Must be very fluent in English.
Must be Comfortable for Night shift.
Additional Information
Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill in English.
• Candidate with at least 6 months experience in Outbound or Inbound can apply for Inbound Tech Support Process.
• Candidate must know how to close their own call.
• Domestic BPO & fresher candidates are not applicable.
• Candidate with age limit 18 – 35 can apply only, must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
Interview Timings :
12 PM to 5 PM ( Monday to Saturday )
