We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Development Support I to join our team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Knowledge of processing & review of Mutual Fund related reporting such as Client Reports
  • Experience in managing operational delivery as per the production schedule and be accountable for their accuracy, quality and timely delivery to the business
  • Minimum professional qualification : /M.B.A. with 1-2 years of relevant experience & working in cyclical nature of work
  • Ability to work in team oriented environment & work collaboratively with Onshore and Offshore team members to facilitate in achieving daily production deliverables for the team
  • Strong knowledge of excel
  • Good verbal & written English communication
  • Ability to work under high pressure & stringent deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
  • Good inter-personal skills. Must be able to interact well with other members of BNY Mellon Asset Management International’s staff
  • Previous experience in the investment management industry preferable 
  • Basic understanding of RFP/ DDQ production is preferable
