Job Description
Desired skills :
· 1 or 2 years experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support in International BPO.· Must know how to close their own calls.· Good communication skills in English.· Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, Router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad.· Ability to handle customer’s issues and provide accurate resolution.· Should be flexible working in night shifts.
Freshers/Domestic Bpo candidates are not required.
Salary – Negotiable (based on experience and last/current drawn CTC) plus attractive incentives.
Any hs pass/ basic graduation
Additional Information
Candidate with Excellent Communication Skill in English.
• Candidate with at least 6 months experience in Outbound or Inbound can apply for Inbound Tech Support Process.
• Candidate must know how to close their own call.
• Domestic BPO & fresher candidates are not applicable.
• Candidate with age limit 18 – 35 can apply only, must know how to close calls by taking payments through different gateways.
Interview Timings :
12 PM to 5 PM ( Monday to Saturday )
