Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced and passionate football coaches to join our team on a part-time basis. The primary responsibility of the role is to develop a comprehensive curriculum for our player development program, focusing on solo practice by athletes. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in curriculum development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development:Design and develop a structured curriculum for football player development, emphasizing solo practice by athletes.
• Break down skills and techniques into progressive levels, ensuring a logical progression for players of all abilities.
• Incorporate age-appropriate training methods and exercises to cater to different age groups.
• Integrate innovative training techniques and drills to keep players engaged and motivated.
• Create assessment tools and benchmarks to track player progress and development over time.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in football training and player development to continuously enhance the curriculum.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a football coach, with a strong background in player development.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs for players of all ages and skill levels.
• In-depth knowledge of football fundamentals, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate players.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in curriculum development and a passion for enhancing player development through solo practice.
