Salary: Competitive (Commensurate with experience)

Work Week: 5 Days (post-probation)

⏰ Timings: Daytime only (no night shifts)

Role Responsibilities

– Route planning for local deliveries and managing returned orders
– Overseeing a fleet of vehicles and warehouse operations in Bangalore
– Coordinating packing and shipping for outstation deliveries
– Managing labour and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

– Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
– Proven ability to manage and motivate labourers effectively
– Vendor management expertise
– Engineering degree preferred
– 3-5 years of experience in Operations, ideally in e-commerce, delivery services, or similar fields
– Excellent communication skills in English; Kannada and Hindi proficiency is advantageous
