Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Management: You’ll identify and attract potential candidates with the skills and qualifications our team needs, ensuring they are well-matched to the roles.
• Talent Onboarding: Your responsibilities include facilitating the onboarding process, including employee orientation, scheduling interviews, and handling all relevant HR documentation.
• Client Engagement & Business Growth: In this role, you’ll conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects, identify the best next steps and resources to assist our clients, and collaborate with our team to develop HR strategies, exploring new business opportunities to contribute to our company’s growth.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are crucial for effectively engaging with candidates and clients.
• A dynamic and self-driven approach, with the ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Minimum 2 months of experience in the recruitment
