Human Resource Manager
Job Description
Job Role:
Recruitment & On-boarding
· Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to identify and attract qualified candidates for global positions.
· Coordinating with the Global teams for facilitating further stages of the interviews and counseling potential candidates on the certification program.
· Support candidates at every stage from onboarding to relocation by addressing their queries.
Operations
· Implement policies, processes, training, employee benefits programmes and other initiatives related to human resource management and development
· Conduct orientations and maintain personal records of the new recruits
· Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy
· Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
· Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Employee relations (People’s person)
· Oversee employee relations and maintain a positive work environment by addressing workplace issues, grievances, and conflict resolution
· Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for staff
· Build, lead and manage a team that administers human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation and benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, recognition and morale, and training and development
· Masters/Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource
· 8 – 12 years of total work experience, with at least 4 years in a similar field
· Experience in building and managing HR teams
· Experience in staffing and recruitment at all levels
· Excellent communication, collaboration and people skills
