Job Role:
We are looking for an individual who possesses an understanding of the complete employee life cycle, with expertise in multiple sub-functions, such as talent acquisition and talent management, employer branding, compensation, etc. You should have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, we look for an individual with strong decision-making skills and a deep understanding of stakeholder management.
Job Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement talent acquisition and recruitment processes while focusing on talent management, retention, and attrition control.
– Responsible for the entire employee life cycle, specifically leadership profiles.
– Deliver excellent stakeholder management and employer branding.
– Collaborate with multiple teams to execute the organization’s long-term mission and goal and identify ways to support this mission through talent management.
– Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
– Work proactively to improve policies and procedures across levels.
– Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, managing risk, and updating HR records to ensure accuracy.
Skills Required:
– Full time MBA or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline from top-tier institutes
– Minimum 4 years of experience in HR
– Exposure to leadership hiring
– Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
– In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures
– Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
– Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
– Prior experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
