T&N Business Services Pvt Ltd Job Description- HR Business Partner Responsibilities: Conduct meetings with assigned business units. Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to the management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). Develop or assist in design and execution of employee engagement plans along with R&R for the employees. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Perform other related duties as assigned. Coordinate with other HR team members for timely and effective flow of needs. information Requirements: Min 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of PPT and excel is must Good communication skills Any graduate / post graduate Should have good sense of humour Compensation: Salary: Up to 4 LPA for experience.
