Team Member – Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development
Job Description
Qualification: Full time MBA in Human Resources Management
Exp: Minimum 5 Years
Location: Andheri, Mumbai.
Designation: Assistant Manager
Required Skillset:
· Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and online job portals
· Profound with LinkedIn Recruitment Search tool
· Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
KRA:
Talent Acquisition
- Work closely with the HR department to stay updated and meet the company’s hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other job portals
- Scheduling interviews with stakeholders
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance towards all Talent Acquisition processes as per the company norms.
Induction / On-boarding
- Responsible for arranging the new-joiner kit, workstation and desktop/laptop.
- Responsible for scheduling induction/interaction of new joiner with the stake holders
- Responsible for adherence to the onboarding policy (or any changes made from time to time)
Talent Management & Learning & Development
- Support in the implementation of talent management & learning initiatives (both for talent assessment & development)
- Sending timely communications as per the calendar and regular follow up
- Development Plan tracking of Talent Pool, data management.
MIS & Reporting
- Support in management and maintenance of MIS and data analytics.
- Providing periodic reports to stakeholders as needed.
