Job Description
Develop an integrated Talent Management framework at the backdrop of the organisation’s future strategy & core Values.
Spearhead the Talent Potential Review Process & Formation of Governance mechanism in the form of talent councils.
Design & deploy the processes & mechanisms for the key talent & Hi Potential Identification.
Develop & Implement talent development programs involving a combination of education- experience & exposure to build the internal talent pipeline.
Collaborate with the leadership team and business HR in managing & retaining the Hi Potential and Key Talent through their life cycle.
Succession Planning & Leadership Pipeline building for the key N-1 & N-2 Leadership roles working in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition & Capability Building Team
Design & Deliver on Career Management & Job Rotation frameworks towards refreshing & creating more fungible organisational talents while meeting the individual’s career aspirations.
Leadership Profiling & Development in partnership with internal & external partners
Build a culture of coaching in the organisation and develop pool of internal coaches among leadership team
Promote diversity & inclusion in all talent management practices
Develop & monitor diversity initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
Identify, monitor, and report key metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management Programs & initiatives.
Be aware of the market best practices / new trends in the areas of talent management, career management & organisation effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience of designing, developing, and delivering large-scale, talent management programs
Experience in conceptualising & driving Hi-pot assessments
Strong consultative and diagnostic skills
Ability to manage multiple projects to conclusion at once, with minimal guidance
Ability to seamlessly work with internal & external stakeholders
Ability to drive large scale changes
