As a Business Development Executive at Vistas AD Media Communications, you will be responsible for developing, generating, and growing new business opportunities in digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and branding.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in digital sales, client servicing, and a deep understanding of the complete sales cycle.

•           Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.

•           Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, emails, etc.)

•           Tie up leads that will turn into the business through persistence.

•           Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand-generation process

•           Generate qualified opportunities using proactive outbound prospecting

•           Work with the sales team to get the opportunity Sales Accepted

•           Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities for leads

•           Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

 

Responsibilities:

– Develop, generate, and grow new business for Vistas, encompassing branding, marketing, and innovative business plans for clients.

– Manage both existing sales pipelines and identify and develop new business opportunities.

– Identify potential clients through lead follow-ups and conduct thorough research on target clients.

– Create effective and persuasive proposals, presentations, and pitches.

– Sell digital marketing services/solutions, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, B2B marketing, and branding.

– Demonstrate excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills.

– Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

– Assist in coordinating and implementing marketing strategies, and delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

We’re Looking for Someone With:

– Proven track record of winning new business for agencies across diverse industries.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development for agencies.

– Direct client-servicing experience in a marketing agency.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Broad understanding of the business development process.

– Extensive experience across the complete sales cycle, from lead mining to final closure.

– Work from our Bangalore-HSR Layout office

• Knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and website design/development.
