Responsible for overall P&L, controls, performance management, strategy with core team and operational Sops for business. In-depth analysis of various business growth levers and giving inputs for business strategy Working closely with various business stakeholders to improve overall profitability and financial hygiene of the business. Work with central finance team, taxation, legal etc to ensure all required compliance’s of business. Create robust SOP across business and lead audit for the business. Working with sales and marketing team to co-create marketing campaigns and ensure optimum return of marketing investments.
