Qualification- Graduate and above

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of each retail store.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stocks.
• Implement efficient store layouts and merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
• Train and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain high standards of customer service across all stores.
• Participate in strategic planning for the region, including market analysis and competitor research.
• Identify opportunities for new store openings or expansions based on market demand and trends.

• Mitigate risks related to inventory management, security, and safety.
• Train staff on product features, specifications, and selling techniques.
• Develop and manage budgets for each store, including expenses and revenue targets.

• Control costs while maintaining quality and service standards.
