Production Supervisor

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production according to the daily production plan, in order to ensure compliance with the schedule and on-time deliver.
• Supervise all production staff so as to monitor the quality of their work and their productivity while recommending improvements in production flow or methods.
• Coordinate and integrate with other plant function areas to ensure support in attaining output, productivity and quality.
• Monitor the compliance with the health & safety regulations within the production area so as to minimize the possibility of accidents.
• Establish short-term activities directed toward production continuity and balance: shift schedules, ensuring requisition of materials, machine loading and grievance resolution.
• Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained and improved.
• other tasks assigned by Plant Manager.

Key Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of working experience and 3 years of working experience in of managerial position in manufacturing company.
• Developing people/coaching.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Strong Sense of quality.
• Communicate effectively.
• Continuous improvement.
• Teamwork.
• Good communication skill in English. Chinese is preferred.
