Job Title: Business Development Executive (Field Sales)
Location: Chandigarh, Dehradun
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Business Development Executive to join our team at Unacademy’s new Offline Undergraduate Centers. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, driving growth, and enhancing our offerings through detailed market research strategic planning and visiting Schools. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for developing strong relationships with clients and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the education sector.
Responsibilities:
1) Scout for potential business opportunities that align with our core offerings and value proposition to expand our reach and impact.
2) Organizing seminars and collecting data from schools.
3) Craft and implement actionable business strategies to penetrate new markets and optimize existing operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
4) Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, Schools, stakeholders, and partners to foster trust and cooperation. Conduct Scholarship test in various schools across Chandigarh.
5) Stay abreast of industry trends and shifts in the education landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies for growth.
6)Monitor and report on business performance, utilizing data to refine strategies and operations continuously.
7) Efficiently allocate and manage resources including time, budget, and personnel to maximize productivity and returns.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2) 2+ years of experience in business development, Field sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
3) Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision making.
4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
5) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals.
6) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
