Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Position Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Head at BOOTES Impex Tech Ltd. in Gurugram. The Civil Head will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with sustainable building practices. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders for the support of net-zero infrastructure. Experience: Min. 15 yrs.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Civil Engineering, Construction Management, and Project Management skills

• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green construction technologies

• Experience in overseeing construction projects from design to completion

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and building codes

• Experience in implementing energy efficiency measures and renewable energy sources

• Manage Civil construction projects / Maintenance works for creating and maintaining infrastructure facilities and for ensuring that all required services are provided to support the production process, townships and other welfare facilities.

• Interact with departments and consultant finalization of plans & designs for Civil construction and MEP works in line with NBC & latest IS Codes.

• Overall responsibility of construction / supply / installation works contracts on site including all technical & financial matters with excellent Leadership quality.

• Contract Management of Infrastructure works of Integrated Projects within the scheduled time frame and cost and ensure that the project meets all the functional, aesthetical and other relevant requirements.

• Preparation of plans for achievement of yearly physical and financial targets of the projects. • Tendering process including floating of tenders, analysis of tenders, manage price negotiations and finalisation of Contracts etc.

• Develop & lead multi-disciplinary teams for Project execution in compliance with contract provisions, relevant Codes, CTE guidelines and statutory provisions etc.

• Monitoring and controlling the activities related to obtaining all statutory approvals like consents from Pollution Control Boards as per various acts, Environmental clearances, Fire department clearances and other applicable local clearances etc.

• Liaison with internal departments as well as external agencies such as Pollution Control Board, certification agencies and other Government and Statutory Bodies.

• Institute mechanism for controlling and monitoring the projects including Preparation of construction schedules and resource planning using software programmes such as MS Projects/PRIMAVERA. Adopt appropriate project evaluation and review / monitoring techniques to avoid cost and time over runs.

• Periodical review of all construction activities with contractors, monitor and review progress of works & services for timely completion to facilitate the production activities.

• Provide certification on the quality of works accomplished and on their conformity to the specifications and drawings.

• Exposure to Estate Management activities such as lease of property, property taxation etc.
