In doing so, we offer a bridge for suitable and motivated candidates to access aerospace through its unique earn-as-you-learn Graduate Engineering Traineeship wherein selected students develop industry-relevant specialisation through training while gaining work experience on live projects in a real-world environment at our partner companies.

We are looking for multiple

Graduate Engineering Trainees

who will have the option to be trained and work in disciplines such as

Structures, Avionics and Aerodynamics .

The GET programme is suited for candidates who would like to build skill sets required in industry while working to apply them in a real-world environment.

Description:

Graduate Engineering Trainee period will be approximately

16 weeks (4 – 5 months)
There will be training along with work in specializations such as Structures, Avionics and Aerodynamics.
Shortlisted candidates will undergo selection for interviews by the concerned partner company as applicable.
Selected candidates will be paid a stipend while undergoing training.
Candidates satisfactorily completing the Graduate Engineering Traineeship requirements of the company will be considered for a permanent role at the company

Selection Process:

Interview process will include a preliminary call with Avistrat for s election into Avistrat’s aircraft design programme
Select students will have the opportunity to undertake face-to-face interview by the partner company at their office in Bangalore.
Candidates are to be successful by both in order to be selected as a GET

Education:

Graduates or current (final year) students in M.Tech with an aerospace focus preferred; B. Tech Aeronautical Engineering with relevant internship experience may be considered.
CGPA of 6.0 or 60% and above will be preferred.
Ability to work in teams and communicate ideas effectively a strong plus
Strong motivation for the aerospace sector desired

Preferences:
Prior project work or internship in aerospace
Knowledge of modelling and simulation tools like CATIA or Solidworks, ANSYS
