Locations: MumbaiDepartment: Corporate Sales & BrokingTotal Work Experience: 12+ YearsEducation: Any Graduation (MBA – Preferred) Duties and responsibilities :-The Incumbent would have following responsibilities:Understand new product requirements from the field for EB products, discuss with various stakeholders and launch the product.Take feedback and update the product and process for the same.Understand and Structure products for digital worksite marketingLiaison with UW team to agree and launch the productLiaison with Field team to get the product launched to various corporates.Liaison with Marketing team to create promotional material Monitor the launch and measure the success of the same.Conceptualize campaigns/contests for bringing focus on specific products.Launch of contest and managing the contest.Provide analytics such as loss ratios for understanding and correction of portfolio.Engage with external vendors for delivering value added servicesBe part of all the BRD, UAT and delivery of all the IT support in EB SpaceVendor onboarding for VASEngaging with vendors for premium financing and crystallizing the process for the same.Roles & responsibilities, specialized skills, competencies:-The incumbent is expected to have – 12+ years of experience in managing distribution /UW/New Initiatives/ Product and strategy of insurance products At least 3 to 4 years experience in employee benefits New product development skillsUnderstanding new products in the market and stitching end to end process and product along with consultation with various departments
