Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Director to join our team in Mumbai.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the domains of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Performance Marketing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.Identify new business opportunities and market trends.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze sales performance metrics.Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.Collaboration:Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.Required Skills and Experience:Professional Experience:10-15 years of proven sales experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Programmatic Advertising, Performance Marketing, and CRO.Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.Technical Skills:Deep understanding of digital marketing services and tools.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
