Position: Business Development Specialist (Sales) for a Marketing Services Agency

About The Position:
Tattva Creations is on the lookout for a smart Business Development Specialist with 6-7 years marketing industry experience. It is absolutely essential that the desired candidate has worked in a similar role in a fast pace environment and thrives on targets and sales. The ideal candidate should be a great negotiator and a proven deal closer with a strong network of leads and connects. It is also necessary that the candidate is proficient in English as well as Hindi languages and should be able to identify opportunities and prepare pitches on their own / with minimal assistance. If you have worked earlier in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency and have handled pitches and business development, you’d be our ideal match.

Responsibilities:
Identify and generate business leads, convert them into clients, and negotiate contract terms
Straddle multiple day-to-day roles, including timely pitch delivery, client relationship management, business development, and brand visibility
Network and leverage relationships across a range of stakeholders, including corporates, governments, experts, and partners
Draft sections of technical proposals such as approach & methodology, the execution plan, capability statement and staffing sections, and other areas as appropriate
Provide regular briefings to Management regarding development opportunities and bid status, keeping them fully abreast of all opportunities and proposals
Build institutional relations and brand of the company in relevant and potential industries/ sectors
Actively position for and pursue new business opportunities to grow the portfolio in India and support global pursuit of new business opportunities as needed
Liaise with Governments, non-profit organisations, corporates and work together with different stakeholders to strengthen partnerships
Develop new concepts and proposals to strengthen the ongoing agenda and help in future partnerships

Qualifications:
Graduate / Post- Graduate degree in business management or a similar field.
6-7 years of progressive experience in Sales and Business Development, with experience in both Public and Private Sectors preferred
Prior experience in a Marketing/ Advertising agency is required

Skills and Attributes:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good documentation and communication skills in English
Ability to coordinate with professionals from varied competencies and backgrounds
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Passion for achieving results with a quick turnaround post meetings and discussions
