Job Description

Location – Gurugram Should have strong experience of Marketing in Software / Saas based organizations● Prime focus for this team is to increase Recurring Revenue for the License Sales, IncreaseAdoption rate and rate of concurrent users● Strong experience in driving account based marketing for specific customer segments● Drive KPI’s for the team on Pipeline Creation, Sales Qualified Leads, and opportunitycreation● Drive B2B Digital Marketing strategies and channel operations excellence● Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging that can be translated into keymessages for a variety of audiences including customers, partners, media, industryanalysts● Ensure execution is based on budget and in line with approved global marketing initiatives● Implement timely tracking, measurement and reporting of all marketing activity tocontinuously improve impact● Optimise marketing budget and effort through activities that align with business KPIs andbuild on ROI● Master’s degree in marketing / communications or equivalent; 15 – 20 yrs of relevantexperience● Strong knowledge of B2B, Industrial and Digital marketing.● Deep knowledge of and passion for current and next generation marketing concepts anddemand generation best practices.● An interpersonal leader skilled at listening, developing relationships, influencing, andunifying senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders of varying functions,backgrounds and styles in a matrixed organization.● Proven track record of taking ownership for driving strong results through multi-touch,multi-dimensional marketing program strategies and execution.
