Job Description:

• Job Location: Bangalore
• Qualification: Any Graduates (15 years Graduation)
• Shifts: Night Shift
• Experience: 2.5 – 4 Years
• Role: Senior Process Executive/Process Specialist
• Notice Period: Immediate or 7 Days

Note:

• candidate should be Willing to work at the night shift 8pm to 5am
• Permanent work from office – 5 days in a week

Purpose of the Role:

• Should have good knowledge and working experience in Quoting Process, preferably in IT Support industry.

• Knowledge on concepts like Pricing, Discounts, Gross Margin, Purchase Order

• Good understanding on who is a Vendor, Seller, Buyer, Customer etc

• Interact with the sales team through chat or calls through Microsoft Teams/Webex

• Provide email support (inbound/Outbound emails)

• Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams

Experience required:

• 1.5- 2 years of experience in a BPO environment.

• Any Bachelors degree.

• Very Good knowledge on MS Excel

• Must have hands-on experience in working on Quotations process

Skill sets:

• Good understanding on Quotations Management process. Quote to Order.
• Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
• Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tool.
• Works well with cross functional teams
• Good knowledge on KPIs and SLAs
• Acumen for quality at work.
