About the role

Location: Hyderabad
Enforce the use of the service transition process in projects inside all the functional areas. Maintain a central source of information about the operational systems in scope and coordinate, control and monitor all transitions to the production environments to ensure operational stability.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Plan, direct and coordinate solution validation process activities to ensure handover acceptance. Responsible for confirming solution readiness according to readiness criteria
• Ensure that projects are aligned, controlled and monitored
• Ensure that service transitions deliver the expected outcomes and value for the customers. Ensure that transitions are properly initiated, planned and agreed with relevant customers
• Ensure adherence to the global Release and Deployment Management, Change Management; Problem Management and Service Transition Management Processes
• Ensure service readiness documents (project plan, milestone schedule, operational service documentation, readiness risk plans, etc.) are created and accepted by all customers involved
• Setup governance models for Service Transition, and serve as escalation point for issues. Ensure alignment of transition plans from capacity and resource perspective and align them with senior management
• Ensure that risks of Service Transition are identified and mitigated. Authorize and conduct service handover to operations
• Confirm defined service commitment points for each transition program. Validate that a new service will deliver the required performance under the specified terms and conditions of use
• Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations (e.g. GxP, Sarbanes Oxley Act ). Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service/Solution Assurance scope

Role Requirements

• University degree or equivalent. Master’s degree desirable.
• Fluent in English
• 10+ years of overall experience in IT
• 8+ years of experience in service assurance
