Consolidation of unit accounts and preparation of statutory financials for Limited Review and Year end audit
b) Coordination with Statutory Auditors and resolving issues and completion of audit within SEBI timelines
c) Preparation and publishing of quarterly/yearly results to SEBI, newspaper
d) Preparation of Audit Committee/Board materials
e) Monthly review of accounts and MIS preparation with interaction with Plant Finance managers
f) Ledger Review of all units and identify improvement areas
g) Coordination with Internal Auditors, departments and ensure internal controls are effective
h) Computation of Company’s income tax, deferred tax, handling tax and filing income tax return
i) Income Tax and GST timely Compliances
j) Analyse factory KPI and review with plants for improvement 
k) Compliance of MSME, Related Party transactions, RBI, Companies Act and other applicable laws
