We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Good Vibes Placement Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India with a minimum required experience of 1 to 3 years.

6) Salary-

Experienced- Upto 26,500 CTC including PLI

Fresher- 24, 500CTC including PLI

7) Designation – Customer Support

Location – Jaipur

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about company’s products and services
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Generate sales leads and set appointments for sales team
• Provide technical support to customers as required
