Job Description

Responsibilities:
Support all HR interventions from Onboarding to retire
Should understand employee life cycle
Support in implementation of HR Policies, programs and processes in a timely, consistent and effective manner to provide employees with an attractive and conducive workplace. Thorough with the company policies and seamless execution
Attendance, Leave Management of employees. Error free management
Ensure 100% policy, statutory compliance and error free payroll process Should be able to serve stakeholders within stipulated time
Employee separation process, exit feedback, action tracker, full and final settlements
Ensure % adherence to Process alignment (tracked through monthly SLA TAT dashboard)
