Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support all HR interventions from Onboarding to retire
• Should understand employee life cycle
• Support in implementation of HR Policies, programs and processes in a timely, consistent and effective manner to provide employees with an attractive and conducive workplace. Thorough with the company policies and seamless execution
• Attendance, Leave Management of employees. Error free management
• Ensure 100% policy, statutory compliance and error free payroll process Should be able to serve stakeholders within stipulated time
• Employee separation process, exit feedback, action tracker, full and final settlements
• Ensure % adherence to Process alignment (tracked through monthly SLA TAT dashboard)
