Job Description:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for SFM products in North India, ensuring alignment with company’s overall sales strategy.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and regional sales targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key agricultural stakeholders in the region.
Oversee dealer development programs and ensure optimal product availability across the North Indian market.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
