Role : HR Operations Lead ( mandatory experience in Payroll)

Notice period: Immediate to 15days

Location: Only Hyderabad(local candidates preferred)

• Manage pre & post-onboarding processes for all the New Hires
• Manage Induction sessions & other life cycle processes.
• Ensure continuous process improvements of all onboarding, Induction and other employee life cycle processes and ensure enhanced employee experience.
• Manage end to end Payroll & Statutory Compliances.
• Maintain timely and accurate updates for new joiner data maintenance and employee personal data in the core HRMS system.
• Proactively audit & manage the SOPs, processes and data related to onboarding & employee life cycle events and ensure audit readiness.
• Adopt lean methodology to standardize & simplify the processes to give employees consistent & predictable experiences.
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements.
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures.
• Address employees queries on issues related to compensation and statutory regulations, and all other relevant topics.
• Managing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
• Assess and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same i.e. Group Mediclaim / Group Personal Accident.
• Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Build & implement effective feedback mechanisms to invite input & ‘Corrective and Preventive Action approach for improving processes & enhancing employee value proposition.
• Ensure data accuracy, timelines & completeness of data for all the processes managed.
