Writer/Strategist who can create compelling content across various digital channels, helping us
drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Writer/Strategist to develop high-quality,
targeted content across multiple formats, including social media posts, website copy, blogs,
video scripts, and email templates. The ideal candidate has a knack for storytelling, an eye for
detail, and experience crafting content that resonates with different audiences at each stage of
the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a content calendar across social
media, blogs, emails, and other channels, ensuring alignment with overall brand and
marketing goals.
● Social Media Content Creation: Write engaging and on-brand social media posts that
drive follower growth and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter,
and Facebook.
● Website Copywriting: Craft persuasive web copy that captures our brand’s voice,
communicates value propositions, and improves SEO.
● Blog Writing: Create in-depth, insightful, and SEO-friendly blog articles that address
audience pain points, inform, and engage.
● Video Scriptwriting: Develop compelling scripts for marketing videos, explainer videos,
and other visual content that tells our brand story effectively.
● Email Marketing Content: Write both transactional and promotional email templates
that drive conversions and foster customer relationships.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure
content consistency and alignment across all channels.
● Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance, analyze data, and make
recommendations for improvements to maximize engagement and conversion.
Qualifications:
● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content writing, content strategy, or related fields
with a portfolio of work across social media, web copy, blogs, video scripts, and emails.
● Content Creation Skills: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a proven
record of creating engaging and effective content across various formats.
● SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices for blog
writing and web copy.
● Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, with
strong organizational skills.
● Creativity & Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a creative approach
to developing new content ideas that resonate with audiences.
● Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social
media insights) to measure content performance and make data-driven improvements.
● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to
collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
● Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms (e.g.,
Mailchimp, Zoho).
