We are looking for a compassionate

Head Nurse

to lead our school health services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the health and well-being of a large institution, providing first aid and medical care when needed, and implementing health programs to promote wellness within the school community.

Role Overview:
Lead the school’s health office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed.
Monitor and manage student health records, including vaccinations and medical histories.
Oversee the care and management of chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes) for students.
Collaborate with the school administration

and other staff to implement health policies and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Organize and manage the storage and inventory of medical supplies and medications.
Maintain documentation and student health records.

We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing ) from a recognized institution.
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a nurse, with at least 3 years in a school.
Strong knowledge of pediatric first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
Responsible, collaborative, team worker, openminded and patient with children.
Knowledge of school children related health policies and child safety norms.
Proficiency in using basic healthcare management software or systems.
