Job Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Tele Caller Sales representative specializing in the Insurance Domain for a full-time position at Ampera Diversity Pvt Ltd, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and promote our insurance services. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities and be capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively convey information and engage clients in the insurance domain.
  • Customer service experience (Mandatory skill) with a focus on understanding customer needs and providing satisfactory solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities (Mandatory skill) to address customer queries and issues efficiently.
  • Proficient in phone etiquette to maintain professionalism and courtesy during all client interactions.
  • Active listening skills to accurately capture customer information and respond appropriately.
  • Empathy to connect with clients on a personal level and build long-term relationships.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets efficiently.
  • Ability to multitask, handling several customer interactions and administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Hindi speaking is highly preferred along with Tamil and English

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote insurance products offered by the company.
  • Engage and build rapport with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and guidelines while maintaining high standards of professionalism in all interactions.
  • Effectively manage client accounts by regularly updating and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements to sales and service processes.
