Job Description
Location : Ahmedabad / Kolkata / Mumbai
Responsibilities
– Build a sales funnel by generating leads through cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities.
– Manage incoming queries and build strong client relationships.
– Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding client requirements.
– Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails.
– Prepare for prospect calls by researching company backgrounds and gathering relevant lead information.
– Monitor customer buying trends and provide reports to management.
– Update and maintain CRM systems for leads, prospects, and sales opportunities.
– Handover qualified leads to the sales team for closing.
– Create and maintain account lists and contact databases to support lead generation efforts.
– Consistently meet weekly/monthly targets as set by the business.
– Prior experience in a similar role with a strong track record in outbound sales through calling and emailing.
– Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
– Experience in customer service and relationship building and management is highly desirable.
– Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure.
– Work with the sales team to build the pipeline and close deals.
– Maintain a track record of building new and maintaining strong existing customer relationships.
– Demonstrate products and represent the company at meetings and conferences, both in-person and online.
– Track all activities in the CRM.
Qualifications & Requirements :-
– Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of international experience, preferably in B2B sales targeting the US market.
– Outbound sales experience in the US region is required.
– IT (Tech) sales experience would be an added advantage.
– Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
– Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
– Proficient with corporate productivity tools and web presentation tools.
– Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
Preferred Domain Experience:
– Experience in the USA market is highly preferred.
– AEC industry or outsourcing services for the AEC sector.
