Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Customer Relationship Manager
for our EdTech platform in Rohini West, Delhi. This role is focused on managing collections through voice processes, ensuring timely recovery while fostering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound/inbound calls to students/customers to facilitate collections.
Resolve customer issues and negotiate payment terms effectively.
Document all interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
Meet or exceed monthly collection targets.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and support teams to resolve payment issues.
Adhere to company protocols and compliance standards.
Key Skills & Requirements
1-3 years of experience in collections, preferably within the EdTech sector.
Proficient in English communication and negotiation.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Excel.
Target-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Immediate joining
