Location: On-site (Jaipur)
Duration: Internship (3-6 months, with possibility of FTE conversion)

Key Responsibilities –
• Lead Generation:
– Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job posting portals, and other platforms.
– Conduct research to find relevant companies and assess their suitability for our services.
• Prospecting and Outreach:
– Identify and connect with the right points of contact (decision-makers) within target companies.
– Send connection requests, personalized messages, and emails to establish
communication.
– Engage with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and calls (as required).
• Client Nurturing:
– Follow up with prospects by sending nurturing emails to build and maintain
relationships.
– Address queries and provide relevant information about our services to potential clients.
• Scraping and Data Management:
– Use scraping tools/techniques to gather necessary data about prospects and leads.
– Maintain and update databases with accurate and comprehensive client information.
• Reporting and Analysis:
– Prepare detailed reports on daily/weekly activities, including leads sourced, outreach efforts, responses, and conversions.
– Track and analyze outreach success rates and provide feedback for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications –
• Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job posting portals.
• Strong research and data-sourcing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead nurturing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Knowledge of email and call etiquettes.
• Prior experience in sales or marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
