Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-
Responsible for achieving: – Budgeted Regional Sales Targets
Achieve Profitability Targets for the Region.
Budgeted DSO
Providing insights on customer expectations and competitors activities
Increasing market share and expanding market presence .Increase business with New Customers
Increase in Customer satisfaction
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, providing valuable feedback to enhance our operations and help ensure on time services to our customers.
Special Projects: Support various projects as assigned by management to ensure continue development
Solution Selling: Demonstrated value selling expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers increasing margins and close rates
Highway Safety – Crash Barriers

Qualifications:-
Any Engineering Graduate . Preference Civil Engineer
At least 10 years of work experience in sales and marketing with a medium size company.
Preference for similar products / customer segment
