Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and prospect potential clients to expand the customer base.
- Market Strategy Development: Design and implement effective market entry and sales strategies to generate and close business deals.
- Business Growth: Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with clients across diverse sectors, including Government organizations, PSUs, and private enterprises.
- Sales Planning: Develop comprehensive sales plans, forecast market trends, and set achievable targets for revenue growth.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Understand customer requirements and collaborate with the accounts management team to create tailored proposals and successfully close sales.
- Collaboration: Liaise between clients and the account management team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Revenue Generation: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Sector Specialization: Build expertise in servicing Government Ministries, PSUs, and State Departments, ensuring adherence to their unique requirements and procurement processes.

- Negotiation and Persuasion: Highly skilled in negotiation, with an ability to influence decision-makers and secure favorable outcomes for both the organization and clients.
