Urgent hiring for HR-VP -Talent and operations for Digital agency in Pune
Summary –
Skills Required –
Base Salary: Competitive, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set.

Job Responsibilities –

Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse, skilled candidates.
Ensure transparent, bias-free recruitment processes to uphold diversity and inclusion.
Talent Management and Development
Create employee development programs, including mentorship, coaching, and cross-functional training.
Foster continuous improvement through regular reviews and career development.
Identify high-potential employees with leadership to create tailored succession plans.
Organizational Partnership and Management
Requirements –
Work as a partner in the organization with other senior management members.
Help manage employee strength, productivity, and speedy recruitment to allow senior management to focus on the business.
Take full responsibility for all aspects of employee management and staffing needs, ensuring smooth operations and support for business growth.
