Job Description
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our sales enablement and multi-channel content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in sales collateral design, content creation for diverse platforms (e.g., video, podcasts, blogs, etc.), website development, and SEO. They will also lead initiatives like webinars, online talks, and other marketing events to position our brand effectively in B2B markets with a focus on the IP Law, Enforcement, and Monetization domains.
Candidates with a successful track record in targeting international markets (US and Europe) for Indian companies will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Collateral
- Design compelling sales presentations, brochures, and marketing materials to support the sales team.
- Ensure all collateral is professional, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
Multi-Channel Content Marketing
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various channels, including:
- Blog posts and articles.
- Video scripts and production.
- Podcasts and interviews.
- Email campaigns.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and execute organic and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Marketing Events & Campaigns
- Plan and execute virtual events like webinars, online talks, and panel discussions to engage the target audience.
- Collaborate with thought leaders and influencers to amplify event reach.
- Use post-event content (e.g., video recordings, key takeaways) to sustain engagement.
Website Design & SEO
- Build and manage SEO-optimized websites to improve visibility and conversions.
- Conduct on-page and off-page SEO to target US and European audiences effectively.
International Marketing Strategies
- Develop tailored marketing campaigns for Indian companies targeting the US and European markets.
- Create culturally sensitive messaging and strategies to connect with international clients.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track the performance of campaigns across all channels.
- Generate insights from analytics to optimize future strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in content marketing for diverse channels, including video production, podcasts, and written content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for marketing collateral.
- Strong command of social media platforms and advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience in event marketing (e.g., webinars, online talks).
- Knowledge of website design platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B digital marketing, specifically for legal and consulting domains.
- Familiarity with international marketing trends and target audience behavior in the US and Europe.
- Experience in running virtual events and leveraging them for lead generation.
