Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in any discipline and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, building relationships, and driving sales of our air conditioning products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in residential and commercial sectors.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Present and demonstrate split and inverter air conditioning products to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver tailored quotations and proposals to meet customer requirements.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills:
Any degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in appliances, electronics, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
