Sales Coordinator
Job Description
- Working on sales quotations with sales team (Assist with estimation, bidding process)
- Work with sales team, project managers and client to log the order in system and process it with all departments
- Preparing sales orders for goods dispatches
- Manage all project process coordination with teams which includes follow up with warehouse, logistics, procurement and finance team
- Work with Project Manager, Site Engineers, Sales Person, Finance Person for coordination of goods dispatch, billing and receivable collection
- Prepare project schedule, risk analysis and manage deadlines
- Client Bill Submission and Civil Documentation
- Managing petty cash, office administration
- Preparing MIS Reports
- Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders
Qualifications and Expectations
- Graduate degree (MBA Passed out candidates will be preference who holds bachelor degree)
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant project sales coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, personality, self-confidence, command specially in dealing with internal departments and client is a must for this opening
- Should be well versed in English, Hindi (Written and Spoken English both should be very good), Telugu
- Should have good knowledge about billings and paperwork
- Should be well versed in Microsoft Excel, Outlook
- This profile will be office/desk-based working at Hyderabad, Madhapur
- Office timings are 10am to 6:30pm, its a 6 days week job however 2nd and 4th Saturday will be holiday
