We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 4-9 years of experience in healthcare product sales to join their team and contribute to our growth.

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market share for their healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales within the healthcare products industry and a strong network of contacts in hospitals, healthcare centers, and fitness centers. The role requires managing existing relationships and adding new channel partners to maximize revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals, healthcare centers, and fitness centers.
  • Build new relationships to expand the customer base and market reach.
  • Channel Partner Engagement:
  • Identify, onboard, and support channel partners to enhance product distribution.
  • Work collaboratively with channel partners to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Market Expansion and Brand Promotion:
  • Increase brand awareness through strategic promotional activities and presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Implement marketing campaigns to promote products and solutions effectively.
  • Market Research and Reporting:
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-9 years of experience in sales within the healthcare products industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong network of contacts in hospitals, healthcare centers, and fitness centers.
  • Good understanding of the healthcare products market, including personal weighing scales, body composition analyzers, and fitness equipment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
