Roles and Responsibilities

       Resourceful in prospecting for new project sales & achieving sales target given.

       Active search for new clients : cold-calling and etc

       Attend meeting with clients on their interior design needs & requirements

       Working closely with the Design Department on clients requirements and design concept

       Prepare contracts, project schedule, submissions and other relevant documents

       Involve in project management, such as coordinating project activities with contractors and supplies to ensure work carried out is adherence to project schedule

       Develop and implement company’s sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence across segments

       Responsible for revenue production for the company

       Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence

       Devises strategies (including call pitch/ presentations)and techniques necessary for achieving the sales target

       Monitor segment activity (Corporate/ Retail) and results by teams. Strategize on key accounts with team

       Ensure handholding of client from enquiry till project completion

       Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

       Channelize smooth coordination between client, design and sales teams for estimates/ proposals for sales enquiries/ coordination on resource for store measurements and 3D images

       Ensure team meets the Quality requirements of the client before dispatch of final product

       Responsible for Customer Satisfaction

       Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management

       Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

       Ensure Panel is updated real time, Maintain necessary data and records for future reference
