The EleFant is a revolutionary toy library app that allows families to borrow a rotating selection of high-quality, educational toys. Our sustainable, cost-effective subscription model ensures children have access to diverse play experiences while reducing toy clutter at home. We are growing rapidly and looking for an Inside Sales Associate to help expand our customer base and drive revenue.

Job Overview:

The Inside Sales Associate will play a key role in promoting the EleFant’s subscription model to prospective customers, including parents, educators, and community leaders. This role involves reaching out to potential leads, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that fit with the EleFant’s offerings. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and motivated self-starter who excels in customer engagement and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Conversion:

Identify and connect with potential customers via phone, email, and social media.

Convert inbound leads by understanding their needs and providing information on the EleFant’s services.

Actively prospect through cold calling to create new sales opportunities.

2. Sales Development:

Present the EleFant’s value proposition clearly, highlighting the benefits of the subscription model, such as sustainable play and affordable access to educational toys.

Handle objections and educate prospects on how the EleFant can enhance their children’s play experience.

Conduct product demos or walkthroughs to demonstrate the app’s features.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Follow up on leads to keep them engaged and maintain a high level of customer service.

Upsell or cross-sell additional services, such as premium plans or specialized toy collections.

4. Sales Reporting & CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Report weekly on sales metrics, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Provide feedback on the quality of leads and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.

Collaborate with customer support to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Participate in team meetings to share best practices and improve sales processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2C or subscription-based business.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Passion for sustainability, child development, or educational products is a plus.
