Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager for an established Hospitality group engaged in restaurant, banquet and catering business from last two decades in Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales and marketing strategies, managing promotional activities, maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, working with directors for innovative solutions and overseeing the growing business as an integral part of the group.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management with min 05 years of work experience in hotel sales.
Sales Strategy, Marketing Strategy, and Promotional Management skills
Customer Relationship Management and Market Research skills
Team Leadership and Sales Team Management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of successful sales.
