Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Industrial Sales Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Industrial Sales Engineer will primarily be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s products and services. The Industrial Sales Engineer will also provide technical support to customers, analyze market trends, and forecast customer needs and demands.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or Diplomo in Mechanical Engineering
– Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role with a proven track record of exceeding targets
– Knowledge of industrial markets and products, including manufacturing equipment, industrial machinery, and automation technology
– Handling both Direct customers and Dealers is added advantage for future career progress within Renold
– Willingness to travel within the territory
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi and Tamil is a plus
– Experience with customer relationship management and sales forecasting
