JOB DESCRIPTION: –
– Working in close association with the SE(sales Executive) of the assigned territory.
– Effectively guiding the SE of the assigned territory on handling calls on day to day basis
during JFW. – Planning and organizing weekly work schedules of the HQ and assigned
territory and being accountable for the work schedules of all the territories.
– Reviewing the plans and work schedules of the SSE on monthly basis and thereby guiding
them.
– Exhibiting problem solving capabilities.
– Be accountable for the revenue plans and revenue generation of the assigned territory.
– Ensuring the behavior of the SE is in line with the vision, mission and values of the
company.
– Planning sales and non-sales priorities of assigned territories and ensuring execution –
Ensuring execution on inputs as well as campaigns designed.
– Planning and executing SCPs and SEOMs with the assigned SE.
– Distributor handling
Regarding stock statements, payments and other documentation as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We require candidates having work experience of 2-4 years in a Medical Representative role
& Man management experience of 2-3 years.
Compensation:
We are offering upto 7.5lpa along with DA: Rs. 525 + 2500 Travelling allowance/month,
Insurance (family & accidental) & every 1st & 3rd Saturday off including all Sundays.
Work on Field : To report at office only for review meetings (monthly once)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 50,000.00 – 60,000.00 per month
Education:
